Robert L. Wright petitions for review of a decision by the Department of Labor Benefits Review Board (BRB), which affirmed an Administrative Law Judges (ALJ) decision to deny Wrights claim for benefits under the Black Lung Benefits Act of 1972, 30 U.S.C. § 901 et seq. (1988). Because the ALJ erred in weighing the medical evidence and did not apply the correct legal standard for causation, we vacate the decision of the BRB and remand for further consideration of Wrights claim.
